No, there is no standardized clear formatting function in macOS for stripping HTML/CSS3 styling from a web content copied to the clipboard. Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and The Brave browser to name a few will copy different data types to the clipboard for even the same content.
On macOS, each application is programmed by their developer to accept certain content types from the clipboard in a paste operation. Due to that variation and the purpose of the application, this content type is not universal and your pasted results may not be what is preferred.
I just right-clicked on one of Rudegar's links and chose Copy Link. In Apple's Pages v13.2 or Word 16.78, that hyperlink simply pastes as plain text. But here are the choices found on the clipboard from that copy operation in Safari 17.1:

On macOS Sonoma 14.1, Pages v13.2 and Word 16.78 both accept the public.url data type from the clipboard and it appears as plain text with a standard paste. But if I paste into Apple's Notes or TextEdit applications, the link is posted as an active blue HTML link because those applications are HTML aware. In Apple's Notes, if I wanted to paste as just plain text, then I could either select the Edit menu : Paste and Match Style, or its ⌥⇧⌘V keyboard shortcut.
I hear you about complicated keyboard shortcuts…
