I have been charged 20,000 chf on Large digital goods with each purchase being 80chf. I have checked my purchase history and it doesn’t show me spending 80chf on anything! This all happened in 5 days and now I need to pay for it. If someone has experienced this before or has solved this issue please let me because this is insane.

First determine if they are real charges on your account, or just scam phishing messages trying to scare you. Phishing messages falsely claiming that you have a big charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.
But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:

Jenne, If the charges are on your credit card but not your Apple (or Amazon) account, follow up with your credit card company.

If the charges appear on your credit card but not on your Apple account, there may be fraudulent use of your credit card. Follow up with your credit card company.

These are real charges on my account. I went to the link and followed the steps but I couldn’t find this these purchases. These charges have been made to the credit card and the payment is due now.
