Does Apple Pay give me a complete card number and cc’d number
how do I get the complete card details from apply pay so I can use it online

Apple Pay is not a credit card and therefore does not have any numbers associated with it. Apple Pay is a digital wallet that you store credit cards, debit cards, airline tickets, brand loyalty cards, etc.
So can we assume you are actually referring the Apple Card Mastercard credit card? If so, tap Wallet, tap Apple Card, tap the card icon with 123 on it to see your card details. Also note that if you have the physical Titanium Apple Card there are no numbers on it at all.
