Downgrading Ventura Upgrade - Clean Install

Hi.

I got a M2 Pro Mac mini that came with Ventura (13.4 I believe). I updated it to 13.6, and it started giving me all this weird lagging issues (they all seem to be related to Metal rendering), and also Bluetooth ones.

So I wanted to do a clean install of 13.4 again. The problem is Apple doesn't seem to make available the older versions anymore?!?!?! WHY???

It used to be the case where Apple had older versions available on their website, but I can't finde those anymore.

I even tried the

softwareupdate --list-full-installers

code on Terminal, but it doesn't return me anything... (??), just a blank list.

Thanks for anyone's help in advance.

For reference to people with similar issues.

with the help from @dialbrain I could force fetch the installer with the command

sudo softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 13.4.1

even with an empty list showing when using

softwareupdate --list-full-installers

Thanks a lot for all the help! :)
