Issues connecting to printer in EHR
The office I work at uses and electronic health record system, NextGen, that connects through a windows simulator. I bring my own laptop in, an M2 MacBook Pro. I was having no issues with printing through the EHR until yesterday. I can print from any other application and the internet. However, I cannot get the printer to connect through the EHR. I've tried to go through the EHR and add the printer. It tells me the driver is not available. So I went online and downloaded the driver, but it tells me it cannot connect to the printer. Does anyone have any experience with this?
