Circle with a line through it after erasing Utility disk MacBook Air 2017

I have a 2017 MacBook Air a1466 model after erasing utility disk trying to factory reset it , I went to install step and now I have a circle with a line through it . Command r not working to take me anywhere else it’s stuck on that screen . Shift Option command r either

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Hi there,

If your Mac is booting to a prohibitory symbol, this means that your startup disk contains a valid version of macOS, but it is not a version of macOS compatible with your computer. Please try these steps

Press and hold the power button on your Mac for up to 10 seconds, until your Mac turns off.
Use Disk Utility to repair your startup disk.
If Disk Utility found no errors or repaired all errors, reinstall macOS.
If you still need help, please contact Apple Support.
