No iCloud backup is compatible how can I fix this
No iCloud back up compatible I need to send my info from my iPhone to my iPad but I keep getting this message is there another way? I don’t have a pc

Backups are not backward-compatible. For instance, a backup made on a device using iOS or iPadOS 17 cannot be used on a device running iOS 16 or iPadOS 16.
Try to upgrade your devices so that they both use the same version, e.g. 17 (iOS 17 or iPadOS 17).
Alternatively, use the iCloud synchronization to sync your data (Contacts, Calendar, Notes etc.) between the 2 devices.
