Yesterday I bought a replacement phone and brought in a damaged phone. I wanted to know if my phone was still there so I can take it back and get a refund. The cost of this phone took all my money out of my account and I need help.

You need to contact the place where you bought the phone and ask them about this.
This is a user-to-user forum - and we have no way of knowing if your old, damaged phone is still at whatever retail location you took it to.
If you turned in a phone for recycling that was damaged, you may or may not have gotten credit for it. At this time, it would have been sent to an Apple recycling facility so the chance of getting it back is unlikely.
