I just purchased my first apple watch and don't know

how to change the appearance of the clockface Don't like the all gray look

how can you change the position of the time in a custom watch face on Series 10 watch When I first started the set up of my watch, I was in a screen that allowed me to choose the position of the time on the screen, along with the font, etc. Then there was an update. Now I cannot change the position - it is always at the top. Am I missing something or is it simply not possible to change the position of the time on a custom face? I changed from Flux to a photo from my photo library. Thanks!
