I am trying to update to the latest operating systems software for my 2010 macbook pro. I am having problems with chrome and it is telling me the current operating system is not compatible. I am currently using Mac OS High Sierra version 10.13.6

High Sierra is the highest that MacBook can go due to its age. If chrome doesn't have an up to date version for high Sierra anymore, you could try and use firefox instead, for as far as I know that one still has security patches for High Sierra
