My wife has an iPad Pro, 3rd generation, 12.9 inch that is having keyboard issues. When you go to the settings to the keyboards, she has QWERTY selected but anytime the keyboard comes up, it is actually the AZERTY keyboard. No matter what keyboard she switches to in the list, it stays as the AZERTY board. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try adding a German keyboard. Then remove the English keyboard. Is your keyboard now qwertz? Then add English back and see if it is qwerty.
You can also try a force restart of your device.

Yes. It is the screen keyboard. Under keyboards, it gives me options for English (US) and Emoji. When I go into the English (US) the options are QWERTY, QWERTY-ISO, AZERTY, QWERTZ, and Dvorak. No matter what is chosen, it stays on the AZERTY board.
