I have had to change my password several times, because it is different on my iPhone iPad and iMac. If I change it in iCloud or use whatever is saved in iCloud can I sing it from there to all my devices so that it will be the same ?

We are a bit confused by your post. Are you saying that the account is the same on all of your devices or you're using different accounts? The Apple ID password would be the same no matter which device you're using to sign in to. Apple does not recommend sharing Apple IDs. If you created another account for each device, then you may need to take some steps to resolve this. Are you using iCloud Keychain to enter in the Apple ID password? If so, we'd confirm that you are indeed using the same Apple ID on all of the devices. Once the password is updated in iCloud Keychain, you should be able to enter it in on the other devices. If you are having issues with iCloud Keychain accross your devices, then we'd recommend taking the steps here for a solution: If iCloud Keychain won't turn on or sync
