Hello KazzaW2450,

If you're using iCloud Calendar on the devices this page can help to ensure it's configured as needed: Set up iCloud for Calendar on all your devices - Apple Support

Set up iCloud for Calendar on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
2. Do one of the following:
* iOS 17, iPadOS 17, or later: Tap Show All, then tap Calendar, and tap “Use on this iPhone.”
* iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or later: Tap Show All, then turn on Calendars.
* iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or earlier: Turn on Calendars.
3. To view calendars stored in iCloud, open the Calendar app, then do one of the following:
* iPhone or iPod touch: Tap Calendars at the bottom of the screen, then select the calendars you want to view in the iCloud section.
* iPad: In the sidebar, select the calendars you want to view in the iCloud section.

Be sure to also check out the accounts added to the Calendars app to see if the events created on the iPhone are being added to one that isn't on the Mac. On iOS this will be found by opening the Calendars app, tapping Calendars at the bottom, and then reviewing the accounts here.

Cheers.

Hello KazzaW2450,

Next, please go through the entire article here: If your iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders won’t sync - Apple Support

Start at the top as it's relevant, but most likely this means that your calendar info comes from another account, re-adding it and turning the calendar slider on for that will solve this.

"If your contacts, calendars, and reminders are in iCloud, then iCloud automatically updates your information. If your information is in a third-party account, like Google or Yahoo, you can change your default account to iCloud. Changing your default account to iCloud won't move your existing information from a third-party service to iCloud."

Thanks.
