My beats flew will not charge or turn on

To get started, do you get any lights or indication of power when charging your headphones, or pressing the power button?

If so, try resetting your Beats with the steps shown here: Reset your Beats earphones - Apple Support

Reset Beats Flex

1. Hold down both the power button and the volume down button for 15 seconds.

2. When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.

If the issue persists, or if you don't get any indication of power when using different charging cables or adapters, then this could indicate a possible hardware issue.
