How do I use my account on a TV at another house, where another account is currently being used

You can have ten devices set up with your Apple ID. If you are referring to using the Apple TV+ app while someone else is signed in, they will need to sign out of their account first. Are you trying to use an Apple TV at the other house? If so, you can set up profiles on the Apple TV. This can be done with these steps: Share Apple TV with multiple users - Apple Support
