Hi i would like to transfer my procreate account - all the files and custom palettes etc in its entirety - to another family member’s apple ID. We have family share for the app but i cannot figure out an easy way to reassign the account and content. Surely there is an easier way than sharing files one by one?!

I don't have the app so I cannot speak to details. Unless the developer has a method for transferring content then you may well find that content is ID specific.
There Are many options to share images from Procreate, and you can share stacks and stacks of them. Alternatively, I’m not sure what Procreate has to do with anyone else’s Apple ID besides your own. Also, it’s $12. Can the person you’re sharing your work with download their own Procreate application?
