Hii Apple team sir I had ordered iPhone 13 from Amazon which I received yesterday but my phone is having heating problem so I talked to Apple service people and they returned my phone to me saying that our service is not there and when I asked for a denial letter of refusal from them, they also refused to give it So I request you to give me a denial letter so that I can get my iPhone 13 chenged

Amazon do have 7 days return policy you can go ahead with that. Also have you been to the authorised Apple repair centre?
