I am trying change from android phone to iphone 15 pro. I wanted to transfer my android phone contacts to icloud. When I use the import contact function to transfer vcf file from PC to icloud, I get a message saying the contact could not be read. Please advice

If you are trying to import just the vCard to your Contacts app on your new iPhone, you'll need to do it on the iCloud website.
Import a vCard
If the vCard contains contact information for more than one person, each contact becomes a separate entry.
1. In Contacts on iCloud.com, clickon the right, then choose Import Contact.
2. Select a vCard to import.
3. Contacts from imported vCards are added to the All Contacts list. You can add contacts to any other list by dragging them. See Create and manage lists of contacts on iCloud.com.
