Hey shafi.um,
Are you using the Move to iOS app to move from your Android to your new iPhone? This is the easiest way to trainer your contacts, message history, camera photos and videos, files and folders, some settings, bookmarks, mail accounts, WhatsApp messages and media, and calendars. Some of your free apps may also transfer if the app is available in both the Google Play and App Store.
This article outlines the process in detail:

If you are trying to import just the vCard to your Contacts app on your new iPhone, you'll need to do it on the iCloud website.
Import a vCard
If the vCard contains contact information for more than one person, each contact becomes a separate entry.
1. In Contacts on iCloud.com, click
on the right, then choose Import Contact.
2. Select a vCard to import.
3. Contacts from imported vCards are added to the All Contacts list. You can add contacts to any other list by dragging them. See Create and manage lists of contacts on iCloud.com.
