Transferring android contacts in vcf format from PC to iCloud

When I use import contact link of icloud to transfer vcf file from my PC, the message pops up saying contacts could not be read. Why?

Exported all my contacts from Gmail to vCard for iOS, But some Contacts missing. I have exported all my contacts from Gmail to vCard for iOS. Not all contacts appear on my iPhone 15 but they do appear in iCloud.com contacts or Outlook 365. If I recreate a contact in iCloud.com contacts or Outlook 365 that contact will then appear on my iPhone. Can anyone shed any light as to why this may be happening? [Re-Titled By Moderator]
