I have enabled call reject through SMS, however the same is not working
I have enabled three responses for call reject through SMS. However when my phone gets a call from a number the option of rejecting call through SMS is not showing in the screen

To decline a call with a customized text message, we recommend that you try the steps here: Answer or decline incoming calls on iPhone - Apple Support
To perform the recommended troubleshooting steps via the link above, complete the steps in the section titled "Decline a call and send it directly to voicemail."
To create your own default replies, go to Settings> Phone > Respond with Text, then tap any default message and replace it with your own text.
We recommend the steps above because they will show you how to decline a call and send it directly to voicemail with a customized text message.
