I am unable to update or remove my payment method as it keeps showing "payment method declined."

I wanted to pay for something, but then this message shows up.

“ Your payment method was declined.

Tap Continue and update your payment information. If you cancel, you might not be able to buy until this payment issue has been resolved.“


Then i taped continue but every time i try to update my payment method this message show up even if i wrote it.

Do you use multiple Apple ID?


You are sign in here .  .  .  with your Apple ID & Password.

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.

 

What happens when you use the same Apple ID & Password that you use to sign in here?
