Smart Mailbox in Mail application

Hello. I have a problem that has been going on for a long time. I thought upgrading to a new version of Sonoma OS would fix it, but it didn't. Smart Mailboxes in Mail are not working properly for me. I noticed this with the time item. For example, when searching by date, this also includes part of the items with the following date (always items before 9 am). I am based in Central Europe (Prague) and it seems that the search is not guided by the system date and time, but by the californian time (time is -9 hours). Don't know what to do with it? (I have attached a preview).
