access to snapchat

I don't know who to speak to regarding this but i have a message coming up every time i try to log on to snapchat on my iphone saying 'Due to repeated attempts or other suspicious activity, your access to snapchat has been temporarily disabled'

what does this mean ? and how can i get it back ?
