Apple is not allowing me to record to a CD
I create a playlist for my car. Apple is not allowing me to record to the CD due to lossless.

Apple Music is a subscription service. You're not buying the music; you're renting the rights to play it. And that doesn't include the right to burn it to something you could continue to use even after you cancel the subscription.
If you want to be able to burn CDs, you need to buy the music from the iTunes Store.
