Family sharing, who is the organiser?

My email address is used for Apple ID. Mine is the main phone. When I click family sharing it says ask ‘me’ to send family invite as my email address is already being used for shared purchases in my family? But I can’t as I’m not the organiser. How do I find out who is? My head hurts tia
