I don’t necessarily want to create a new emoji. I want to request the ability to mirror image/change the direction of the emojis we already have. For instance, giving us the ability to click on any emoji (like 💪🏼, 💁🏻♀️, 🏃🏻♀️) and decide which direction it faces. Thanks!

There is no way any of us can change an emoji's direction. You should know Apple doesn't create emoji. The Unicode Consortium does and then companies like Apple and Samsung and Google implement them as they are released from the Consortium. I'm not aware of any manufacturer who would permit users to change anything dealing with emoji.
