Code for Time Stamp

SGIII, you provided a link to your Automator Time Stamp. I installed and am using it, and it works great! Thank you. Can you share the code for that script?

Happy to hear the Automator Service has been useful to you.

You can view the actions (including the Run AppleScript action which contains the code) by opening Finder, holding down the option key, and Go > Library and in Services find the time stamp workflow, control-click it, and Open With > Automator.app.

Note, however, that you may no longer need to use the Automator Service. In recent versions of Numbers you can click a cell once and go to Table > Insert Current Date or Table > Insert Current Time.

The Automator Service could still be useful in cases where you need to insert with a specific format that Numbers does not offer by default.
