Assuming those fees have something to do with a subscription for an iOS app or service you may have unintentionally signed up for, please read Manage App Store purchases, subscriptions, settings, and restrictions on iPhone - Apple Support.

The following may be applicable:

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Scams are commonplace.

Please delete my auto payment

First check if the charge was made using an in-app purchase by using the links provided by John Galt. If you are able to identify it there, then you can cancel it through Apple with the information provided in those links.

If they were not made with an in-app purchase, then you will need to deal with the company that you allowed to make the auto payment or dispute the charge with the payment method that was used.
