Why is my MacBook Pro locking up randomly. Running Sonoma 14.0

I have run all of the scans via MacPaw

and nothing is found - no virus, no malware, no issues at all. Plenty of RAM, plenty of hard drive space... Anyone know what might be going on? Again - this is random since install of new macOS Sonoma 14. No issues prior.

What is this "MacPaw"...?

Third party AntiVirus is not recommended— it typically does nothing but add issues to the macOS and competes directly with Apple’s own built in security:

macOS - Security - Apple macOS - Security - Apple

Apple Platform Security - Apple Apple Platform Security - Apple Support

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN

all known to cause issues on the macOS

I would look for some official in-app uninstaller...
