I didn’t put passcode on my lost I watch & when I search using “find my” it’s appears offline but i tried to use other iPhone to search through “help a friend” the appearance is no location found disconnected.
it is possible that who found my lost I watch is using my I watch pairing other phone?

We would like to see how we can help you with your lost Apple Watch. Your Apple ID and password are required before anyone can erase your Apple Watch and use it with their iPhone. For Apple's reccomended steps, follow the steps in this link: If your device is lost or stolen - Apple Support
