iPhone MDD core file lock

Although I have no idea what those files mean, I figured out they show up after using Google Lens.

Do you know the location of the file? Do you see it in Files?

Also, do you have a different Apple device that is signed in to the same Apple ID? If yes, are you able to locate the same file on your other devices?

In the meantime, let’s check for a software update and make sure that you are running the latest version of iOS.

While it isn't inherently assured that an update will resolve the issue, updating to the latest software version for your device can help isolate potential software issues.

has this been answered as i found the same file and it was not there because i use the location found for downloads. i’m suspecting some kind of hacking apple swears my device is ok but i’ve found files recently that bring up searches related to python coding.

Can you please tell us why these are showing up on our iPhones as recently as June, 2024? I haven’t used Google lens recently and neither have the owners of two other iPhones that are showing the same files. I’m highly uncomfortable using any device that I do not fully comprehend. And I’m not comprehending this at all. Ty

I have the same issue. I found it under downloaded items in Chrome. It opened folder after folder, about 5 and finally the last one wouldn’t open.

I have the exact same file it just showed up and I don’t know what it is anyone know yet ?

This showed up on my iPhone recently, in the last 2 weeks. It’s on two of my friends iPhones also. Anyone know what it’s about?

I’m finding this in Settings>General>Iphone Storage>Chrome. The date is April 28, 2024

Is this related to Managed Devices in any way? This is a privately owned iPhone yet I’ve have had problems with that when my phone was brand new out of the box. Ty
