I would like to buy an Apple Watch ultra in the USA and use it in Mexico with Telcel which is the national carrier

from what people report is that there are 2 types of apple watchs one that works in usa, canada, mexico and porto rico and one that works in the rest of the world so in theory it should work
though I would likely get official verification before spending that type of money myself
