Since yesterday, my laptop has been displaying in various different colors. I tried all the settings and reinstalling macOS but it still will be pink or green screen short after I turn on the laptop. I found this morning that when I bend the laptop slightly lower the screen colors goes back to normal. Please let me know what should I do. I did not drop or damage the laptop before this.

I think it's a hardware, flat cable which connects between LCD panel and logic board issue.
You should contact Apple Support or your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
