Can I unlock my iPhone using my iPad?
I have forgotten my iPhone pin and now I am locked out for 8 hours, can I use my iPad to unlock my phone ? If so , how? Thank you, any help appreciated.

Sorry, but you can't unlock an iPhone by using your iPad.
You will have to erase your iPhone.
