Unlink from IMVU

I created an account on the game IMVU with my Apple ID but it says I didn’t verify my email and when I tried to it didn’t have an option to resend the verification link so I tried to switch my iCloud to my email and it’s not letting me. I went to the help center and it said I had to go to apples website to learn how to unlink my Apple ID account from my mobile applications. What do I do?

Apps using Apple ID-changing email address An app I signed up to use with my Apple ID does not have my current email even though I changed my email associated with my Apple ID. Why is my apple id still linked to an old email address even though the setting reflect the new email I just upgraded to Apple 14plus. Somehow could not access the GMail app and any goggle app and the phone keep asking for apple id verification with my old email address which I don't remember the password or have access to anymore. What can I do?
