Phone won't work with Wifi or Data despite being connected
I've had problems with my phone (an iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS version 16.2) since I've gotten it where it'll stop using the internet/data despite being connected. By this, I mean it'll be 100% connected to either my wifi or my data, where no other device is having problems doing so, and not actually be connected. I'll open any application, website, etc. that needs a connection and it won't work.
Today, it's done it, but now it won't fix itself like it normally does. Typically, I'll restart my phone and it'll be fixed. I've restarted my phone several times, reset the network settings, and tried looking for other solutions but none of them work. I can't even see if it's a software update issue because it won't load without a connection.
