Apple ID won't let me change my recovery email
i’m trying to change my apple id to my current email but it won’t let me change my notification email, support email or i’d on either the site or the device.

We would like to see ho we can help you with your recovery email. Has this email address been used with an Apple ID at anytime, or are you using two-factor authentication?
