Hello there! Whenever I open my settings and try to view my Apple ID tab it does not open and seems like it’s disabled. How do I enable it back?
Of late my Apple ID seems disabled for no reason. Could someone assist to enable the same?

This is not for no reason, this is most likely due to screen time restrictions. Go to settings>screen time>content and privacy restrictions and turn those off. If this is not working try to turn off screen time altogether via settings>screen time>scroll down>turn screen time off.
