Can I use an Apple Watch with an iPhone with Lebara

Lebara is a budget SIM provider, it uses the Vodafone UK network so whenever I go into my 4G Apple Watch settings it says “your Vodafone UK account is not eligible to enable mobile service on your Apple Watch. Contact Vodafone UK at 191 for more information” so it is a Vodafone dependant SIM provider.

not sure what a lebara sim is but the gps apple watch will work with any iphone that runs the required ios version using bluetooth no matter which carrier you use on the iphone
