Turn off screen time passcode
If you are a minor, your parents may have set up controls to keep you from downloading apps without permission.
If you set a Screen Time passcode, and want to turn off Screen Time, then enter the passcode that you chose and turn Screen Time off yourself.

Download apps
Bring back everything to normal the way it was supposed to be
Please access The App Store and turn off the screen time passcode
