Incomplete iCloud backup recovery
I have 16GB incomplete backup file on my icloud backups . That is very important one 😠can I restore that backup on my new iPhone ?? Is there any possibilities for that ??

If that backup never completed successfully then there wouldn't be a way to restore it to your new iPhone. You may be able to locate an alternate backup or research why the backup won't complete and we'll share some articles below that should help you figure that out.
