Locked Apple ID

I am locked out of my original Apple ID because I could not remember the password and entered it too many times. I no longer have access to the associated phone number and there was an account recovery key set up that I am unable to find the key to. WHAT DO I DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK!?!? Please help!
