Cancel Apple Music

I’m trying to cancel my Apple Music but it’s not giving me that option. It just shows other types of subscriptions.

You can modify or cancel subscriptions available on Apple TV, including Apple Music, Apple TV channels, Apple Arcade or individual apps.

You do realize that if you cancel Apple music all of the music that you downloaded from it will be removed from your phone.
