That is not possible directly; here are supported payment methods→Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
But if you have a checking account you should be able to get a debit card associated with the account and use that.
You can also use PayPal that links to your checking account, or Apple Cash linked to your checking account if supported in your country.
