I encountered the same issue today. I was able to sync my run with my phone by going into the Apple Watch NRC application. Next to the run (planned run), you'll see a sync icon if the run isn't synced. Simply press the sync icon and pull down the activity page on your NRC iPhone app. This should sync the runs.

Hello famba50,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you're having issues with a specific app not syncing data to your Apple Watch. If so, we'd like to recommend some steps you can try to help troubleshoot this unexpected behavior. Please follow the steps below:

1.) Restart both your Apple Watch and iPhone to help refresh things:

2.) Make sure all updates have been installed on both devices.

3.) Make sure the app is also fully updated as well.

4.) If your issue continues, you might need to delete and reinstall the app. This could also help out.

We hope these steps help you. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Take care.

Here’s my solution.

1) download Strava (just use the free version without sign up and fee)

2) from Nike NRC app, enable data sharing to Strava.

3) when I finish run, if everything works, I get Starva kudos for the workout within minutes. This way I do not need to keep looking at iPhone NRC app and pull down etc.

4) if no Strava kudos, I know it did not synch.

5) when I get home, if disconnect wifi on the Apple watch, close the NRC app on watch, then re-connect the wifi and reopen the watch app.

This steps have helped me reduce my frustration and anxiety after run 😅.

hope it helps.

Jeff
