I forgot my passcode from my iPhone 11 pro max and I need to get my IMEI number

The IMEI number will not help with a forgotten passcode issue.

Follow the instructions in this Apple Support document:

If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support

Then, you can use a current backup to Restore the phone.
