My phone decided that I needed to re-do the face id. I did. I have had this phone many years. No changes. I looked in settings and saw zoom. I touched it to see what it did. It froze my phone in zoom. I cannot log in. My phone will not let me move around the screen to put in my passcode. It just wants to send an sos to emergency services. Now it says it is locked for 1 something. Cannot read the word behind it.

Hi. Thank you for responding. I did try that three finger movement but the screen was frozen. Then apple kept locking me out. I looked on YouTube and watched a guy use the volume buttons and then the side button. He did that press then quick release a couple of times then held the side button for much longer than a normal reset. It looked like it worked but apple locked me out again for 15 minutes. I tried a normal open after that and it worked. He says it is because all the apps are not updated to the new software. So I went into the App Store and updated them all. Whew!

To turn off zoom double-tap the screen with 3 fingers. You can also use 3 fingers to scroll the screen.
