iPhone 14 video call laggy

So, I have my iPhone 14 for the past 6 months and I have the same problem from the day i bought it. My camera on facetime or whatsapp video call start's lagging verry bad (24 fps it's a lot, I think i have less then 20 fps), I had a solution for that, i switch my rear camera and turn it back to front camera, but after some time, some minutes it start lagging again much worse, I see my self in like 10 fps. I try to reset my iPhone multiple times, I reste all my settings multiple times, I switch my network, I try everything but nothing is working. I have all my apps and the softwer updated. Nothing is working, I need some help.
