Storage isn’t working

Bought more storage but I can’t download any new apps or take pictures or videos

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

You cannot increase the storage on your phone. You paid for iCloud storage, which is used backups and some other services.

If you need more space on your phone, you will need to delete apps, videos, photos and other content.
