safari will not open

For the last 6 weeks, Safari has been very slow to open. Apple store suggested making sure phone was updated to 17.0.3

... updated this afternoon and now Safri will not open at all ... goes back to App Screen

I’m very sorry that you have been dealing with this for so long.


Try restarting your iPhone by pressing the Volume Up. then Volume Down, then pressing and holding the Power Button quickly until the Apple logo appears. Make sure your iPhone storage is not completely full. If this doesn’t work, I suggest contacting Apple Support again and provide the Case ID if you have it to quickly pickup where you last left off with.
